Who is responsible
Each clinic you visit is responsible for the records it keeps about you. Dentix runs the app and keeps your account on the clinics' behalf.
What we keep
Your account details, the health information you choose to share, your bookings, messages and problem reports, and a log of sign-ins and changes.
Why
To let you book and manage visits, see what your clinics recorded, and talk to them. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the clinics you book with or write to, and only their staff who need it for your care.
How long
Your account is kept until you delete it. Clinics keep their own treatment records for as long as the law requires them to.
Your rights
You can see, correct and download your data, and delete your account at any time from your profile.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, sessions expire, and every access to health records is logged.
